Fitness Class

My first bit of advice would be to bring a friend, partner, husband, wife or co-worker. Failing that get mum out of the house. it  often helps to have someone you are comfortable with standing alongside who will giggle when you go left  and everyone else steps right!Fitness Class

If your new to exercise and are apprehensive about joining a class, don’t be as you will make friends along the way. Each section of the class has alternative exercises, which you can complete at your own pace. All classes last for an hour with water breaks along the way.

Wondering what to wear or bring. All equipment is provided but ensure that you bring some water and a towel, wear loose comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement and wear trainers or fitness shoes.

Before taking part in any of our classes you will need to complete a PARQ form. This a straight forward medical questionnaire that you can complete prior to the class and bring with you on the day.
