Why do I need a Personal Trainer?

If your looking to lose weight become fitter/healthier or have a sports specific requirement, hiring a Personal Trainer is a step in the right direction. How does it work?

Firstly you decide that you would like to get fitter, healthier or focus on a specific sport. Once you have made the initial contact either by phone, email or by completing the contact form, then a fitness2health trainer will make contact with you.

Initial consultation?

This will determine your personal goals and current state of health, which will give us both a starting point and will also enable the trainer to establish the right program for you, based on your likes and dislikes and our recommendations.

Then what?

After the initial consultation a program session will be put together based on your goals followed by your first session booking with your Personal Trainer.

Locations?

fitness2health have a wide range of mobile equipment from body bars, hand weights, bosu balls, resistance bands and safety mats. Whether you are a busy mum, based at the office or at home fitness2health will be flexible to your requirements and will travel to you.

Cost?

Our training sessions are based initially on 1 hour and if desired can be booked in blocks specified by you.  Everyone controls their finances differently and that’s why we offer a flexible approach to payment cash, cheque, credit or debit cards or if you prefer a direct debit.
