Weight loss can be one of the most difficult, challenging but most rewarding goals to achieve. There is no gimmick to achieving this goal. The amount of calories you take in through meals/liquids should not exceed the amount you expend through body metabolism and physical activity. If you eat more calories than you use up, you will gain weight.
